I wanted a shoulder strap (I got the 24” Rolo with the #3 larger clasps) to go on my Hermes Evelyn 29 to make it a little more dressy/casual than it is with the current large cloth shoulder strap it comes with. The chain is beautiful and great quality. The clasps are secure and match the Hermes bag well. Now it gives the bag a different look ....like a slightly dressier Hobo style for when I don’t want the crossbody option. I have recommended this company already to several friends and will definitely come back for more pieces. I also find the prices fair and shipping was quick in Canada.

The quality of the products and the customer service are amazing! I wasn't sure what length strap I should get to wear my mini/multi pochette since I'm so short. I originally order the 40" chain, but soon realized that 36" would be better for me since I like to wear my crossbodies higher up. I immediately contacted Paul so that o could change my order and he did so, no problem! He even refunded me the $2 difference even though I told him he didn't have to. He insisted on the refund based on principle. He's great. I will definitely order more in the future.
